Tax and Exports

1. CA Sales Tax

Customers with California shipping addresses are subject to state sales tax, currently at 9.75%. If a CA customer qualifies for tax exempt status, Oplink Communication Inc. requires a copy of Tax Exemption certificate or Resale Certificate.

The Goods may be subject to the export control rules and regulations of the government of the United States. Purchaser agrees to abide by and assist Seller in complying with any such export control rules and regulations.
