Shipping and Handling

1. Shipments to US Addresses

All shipments to US addresses will be sent from Oplink Headquarter at Fremont, California.

• A flat rate of US$50.00 shall be charged for any order with a value less than US$1,000
• Free shipping and handling for any order with a value of US$1,000 or higher.

2. Shipments to Other Areas

For customers with shipping addresses outside US, please contact us at sales@oplink.com before you place the order.

3. Shipping Time

In most cases, it usually takes three to five days for orders to arrive at their destination. There could be some exceptions due to non-controllable circumstances and events. We will do our best to notify our customers if we are aware that delivery is delayed for any reason.
